I am not sure if this is the concept plan for the future of Singapore as
a rich, prosperous and vibrant city state. But if anyone is to look at
the policies being implemented, it is like clockwork precision in its
execution. The concept is to buy anything and everything that the city
state needs.
It goes like this, the state needs sportsmen and sportswomen, just buy.
